Keep Hope Alive!

     Just before the meeting ended, the store manager announced that all store employees would be receiving a five percent raise. It would begin with their next payroll check in two weeks. When John arrived home, he excitedly shared the news with his wife.  She said, “I don’t know what you’re so happy about. You haven’t gotten anything yet.” Refusing to allow her negative attitude to disturb his joy, John replied, “But it’s on the way!” He started clapping and smiling again. The store manager’s announcement brought John such joy because he knew that things were about to get better for his household.

     What God did for John, He’s able to for us, too.  Believe that God has a blessing with your name on it.  Just knowing this is a reason for you to get excited. “Eye hath not seen nor hath ear heard what the Lord hath in store for you.” Fight the good fight of faith and celebrate in advance for what God is getting ready to do in your life for His glory!
